FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What designs are restricted?
We do not digitize, vectorize, or make physical patches for:
- Alcohol brands or logos.
- Crosses or religious portraits.
- Support for Israel, its military, active conflicts, or hostile art.
- Detailed human or animal faces.
Why do you have this policy, and can you change it on request?
No, this policy is final and cannot be changed. Working on detailed live images consumes too much production time. To keep our order processing fast and smooth, we focus strictly on our core commercial design specialties.
Other companies digitize everything in one place. Why should we choose you and go elsewhere for restricted designs?
We don’t want to be an “all-rounder” that does everything at an average level. We believe in saying no to a few things so we can deliver everything else at an excellent, flawless level.
More importantly, our business does not depend on just one individual designer—we have built an automated, system-driven workflow. If a single freelance graphic designer falls ill or becomes too occupied, production can come to a halt. With our firm, however, you have a reliable and scalable process in place that ensures consistent output, quick turnaround, and error-free production. We concentrate on what we do best.
Can I upload a real photo of a person or a dog?
Yes, you can upload real photos of humans or pets. However, please note that we will only digitize or vectorize them as faceless silhouettes or outlines. We will not create eyes, noses, or mouths on the final design.
Why don't you accept crosses or religious portraits?
Our company only focuses on commercial branding and corporate apparel. We do not work on religious artwork or icons.
Why avoid detailed faces for embroidery and printing?
Small facial details cause thread bunching and break needles on embroidery machines. In screen printing, small details blur and leak ink. Faceless shapes give a perfect result.
What if I upload a restricted design by mistake?
We will cancel the order immediately. We will not digitize the file, and we will not produce or ship the physical patches. If you have already paid, you get a full refund right away. If you haven’t paid, you won’t be charged. You can always resubmit a modified file.
Can I still order company uniforms and business logos?
Yes, absolutely! This is our main work. We accept all bulk orders for workwear, business logos, text, tools, buildings, and abstract designs.
Impact Digitizing has updated its service policy effective immediately. We do not accept orders involving restricted content such as religious icons, explicit/adult material, or political conflict-related designs. Realistic human or animal images are only accepted as outlines or silhouettes without facial details. Alcohol-related branding and certain restricted symbols are also not supported. This policy ensures faster, consistent, and high-quality production standards. For a detailed breakdown of these restrictions, please read our Artwork Guidelines.
